At Beauty N Vanity, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns policy carefully.

All sales are final.

We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we want to ensure you receive the correct and high-quality products you expect. Therefore, we will only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Factory Defect: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received an item that was not the one you purchased.

How to File a Claim

If your return meets one of the above criteria, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Claims filed after 15 days will not be considered.

To initiate a claim, please send an email to beautynvanity1@gmail.com and include the following essential information:

  • Name: The full name used when placing your order.
  • Contact Information: Your email address and/or phone number.
  • Invoice Number: The unique invoice number for your purchase.
  • Visual Evidence:
    • For Factory Defects: Clear pictures of the item clearly showing the defect.
    • For Incorrect Items: Pictures that clearly show the item you received and prove it is not the item you ordered (e.g., comparison photos with the product listing if helpful).
