All orders are carefully packed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends or national holidays, as our shipping partners are closed. Orders placed during these times will be sent out the next available business day.

Important Disclaimers & Policies
While we take great care in packaging your order, we want to be transparent about our policies regarding delivery.
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier (USPS), we are no longer responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen packages. The responsibility for delivery transfers to the postal service.

For Missing Packages: Please first check with your neighbors or other members of your household. If the package is still not found, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly and providing them with your tracking number. They are the best resource for locating packages that are marked as "delivered" but have not been received.

For Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS. You can start this process on their official website. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and its contents, as these will be required for your claim.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer's error. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
